Two 15-year-olds were hospitalized after a collision involving an e-bike and a vehicle in Brampton on Monday late morning.
Peel Regional Police say the crash happened around 11:45 a.m. on Balmoral Drive between Avondale Boulevard and Addington Crescent. The teens, a boy and a girl, were riding the e-bike when it collided with a vehicle.
The girl suffered life-threatening injuries, while the boy was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver remained at the scene and was not injured.
Police are continuing to investigate and are asking anyone with information to contact authorities or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
