A collision involving a school bus and a van shut down part of Howard Avenue near the E.C. Row Expressway on Tuesday afternoon.
Police said the crash occurred in the southbound lanes of Howard Avenue. No children were on the school bus at the time of the incident.
Officials have not yet confirmed the extent of any injuries resulting from the collision.
The roadway remained closed for several hours while crews investigated and cleared the scene, but has since reopened. Police say the investigation is continuing.
