A man in his 30s has been charged after a pedestrian was struck in ByWard Market Tuesday evening.
According to the Ottawa Police Service, the collision happened around 8 p.m. on George Street near William Street. Investigators say a man in his 50s was hit by a vehicle and taken to hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
Police have charged the driver with failing to yield to a pedestrian.
