A school bus ended up in a reservoir Wednesday morning in Elmira, prompting an emergency response from local authorities.
Waterloo Regional Police Service said officers were called around 7:30 a.m. to Union Street in Woolwich after reports that a school bus had gone off the roadway and into the water.
Police confirmed there were no students on the bus at the time of the incident and that only the driver was onboard. The driver suffered minor injuries.
Authorities also confirmed the bus had not been reported stolen. Investigators have not yet determined what caused the crash.
