A cyclist in her 20s was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle in Toronto’s Little Italy neighbourhood on Wednesday afternoon.
The collision occurred near Harbord and Grace streets at approximately 3:15 p.m. The woman was taken to hospital with injuries that paramedics described as serious but not life-threatening.
The driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with police. Road closures are expected in the area as investigators examine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
