A motorcycle rider has died following a single-vehicle crash in New Tecumseth on Monday afternoon.
The collision occurred around 2:30 p.m. on County Road 1 between Tottenham Road and the Adjala-Tecumseth Townline. The rider was transported to hospital but later pronounced dead.
County Road 1 has been closed while investigators examine the scene, with assistance from the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement team.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage from the area to come forward.
