A motorcyclist is in critical condition following a collision with a sedan in Brampton on Wednesday evening.
Peel Regional Police say the crash occurred just after 5 p.m. at the intersection of Sandalwood Parkway East and Tobram Road. The impact involved a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle.
The rider, a man, was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the sedan remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
Road closures were put in place in the area while police conducted an investigation, with motorists advised to seek alternate routes.
