A five-vehicle collision involving two transport trucks and three passenger vehicles forced the closure of Highway 6 in Morriston on Tuesday morning.
Wellington County OPP responded to the crash shortly after 7:30 a.m. One person was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police said the collision also resulted in a spill of dry concrete onto the roadway, prompting an extended highway closure expected to last several hours. The Ministry of the Environment has been notified as authorities continue to manage the scene and investigate the incident.
