A stretch of Yonge Street reopened Tuesday morning after a single-vehicle collision prompted a temporary road closure.

Toronto police said the crash occurred around 5 a.m. near Yonge Street and Chatsworth Drive, just south of Lawrence Avenue, when a vehicle struck and toppled a traffic light pole.

No injuries were reported. Yonge Street was closed between Chatsworth Drive and Glengrove Avenue for approximately two hours before reopening around 7 a.m.
