A multi-vehicle crash in Mississauga left two people in hospital Wednesday evening, including one with serious injuries.
The collision occurred just past 7:00 p.m. and involved three vehicles on southbound Hurontario Street near Bristol Road. Emergency responders transported a woman to a trauma centre due to the severity of her injuries, while another person was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The crash forced a lane reduction in the area for several hours as police investigated the scene.
