A 30-year-old Welland man is facing multiple charges after a three-vehicle collision in Muskoka Lakes Township.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to the crash on Muskoka Road 118 near Beaumaris Road at approximately 1:30 p.m. Monday. Investigators allege the driver was operating his vehicle unsafely before striking another vehicle, triggering a secondary collision.
The accused has been charged with impaired driving, dangerous operation, driving while under suspension, and violating G1 licence conditions by driving without a qualified accompanying driver.
No injuries were reported. The man is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge in late July.
