One person is in life-threatening condition after a three-vehicle collision in Caledon on Monday afternoon.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to the crash on Highway 10 near Charleston Sideroad at approximately 3:20 p.m. The critically injured patient was airlifted by Ornge to St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.
Two other people were transported to hospital for assessment. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
The crash prompted major road closures, with southbound Highway 10 shut down from County Road 109 to Beech Grove Sideroad and northbound lanes closed at Charleston Sideroad.
