Ottawa firefighters responded to two separate incidents on Thursday in which vehicles crashed into buildings.
The first collision occurred on Richmond Road near Croydon Avenue just before 10:40 a.m., followed by a second on Windmill Lane near Innes Road shortly after 1:15 p.m. Paramedics treated one person at each location, and both were released at the scene.
The Ottawa Fire Services technical rescue team inspected both buildings and determined there was no structural damage posing a safety risk. The incidents have been turned over to Ottawa police for investigation.
