A woman in her 30s was seriously injured after being struck by a truck in Brampton on Friday afternoon.
The collision occurred at about 1:30 p.m. near Bovaird Drive and Castlemore Road. Peel paramedics transported the pedestrian to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The truck driver remained at the scene, and police are investigating the circumstances of the collision. No charges have been announced.
