Barrie Fire and Emergency crews quickly extinguished a boat fire at the Barrie Marina on Sunday evening, preventing the flames from spreading to nearby vessels.
Firefighters responded to the scene at approximately 8 p.m. No injuries were reported, as no one was aboard the boat at the time of the fire.
The blaze was brought under control swiftly, and officials say it did not affect any neighbouring boats. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
