A transport truck struck a low-hanging hydro wire in Scugog on Monday afternoon, causing a temporary road closure and disrupting power in the area.
The incident occurred between Scugog Line 6 and Highway 7A, prompting a response from Scugog Fire and Hydro One crews, who worked to restore service and repair the damaged infrastructure.
No injuries were reported in the collision.
