A collision involving a dump truck and an SUV temporarily closed a busy intersection in Erin on Thursday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 12:15 p.m. at Patrick Drive and Eighth Line. Ontario Provincial Police said the SUV driver was taken by ambulance to a local trauma centre, while a passenger was airlifted for treatment.
Both occupants suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
The collision prompted the closure of Wellington Road 124 between Eighth Line and Trafalgar Road for about two hours before reopening around 2:15 p.m.
