A woman is facing an impaired driving charge after her vehicle overturned on a downtown Toronto highway Saturday afternoon.
Emergency crews responded just before 1:30 p.m. to the southbound Don Valley Parkway ramp leading to the westbound Gardiner Expressway following reports of a single-vehicle rollover.
Paramedics transported the driver, a woman in her late 30s, to a local trauma centre with minor injuries. Police later confirmed she was arrested for impaired driving and taken to hospital for treatment.
No other injuries were reported.
