Timmins police have charged three ATV operators following a rollover crash that left one rider injured and led to multiple alcohol-related offences.
Officers responded to Brundy Avenue around 9 p.m. on July 20 after receiving reports of an ATV rollover. The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
During the investigation, police also spoke with two other ATV riders who had been travelling with the injured driver. One was charged with refusing to provide a breath sample, while the other received a driver’s licence suspension after registering more than 50 milligrams of alcohol in their system.
