A 22-year-old Thunder Bay man is facing impaired driving charges after a single-vehicle crash on Highway 11-17 in Dorion Township.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to the collision around 10 a.m. on July 18 near Fish Hatchery Road, where officers found a black Chevrolet pickup truck in the eastbound ditch among trees.
Investigators determined the driver was impaired by alcohol. He was arrested and taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The accused has been charged with impaired driving and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Nipigon.
