York Regional Police are investigating a suspicious vehicle fire that damaged two vehicles at a Richmond Hill home early Friday morning.
Emergency crews responded around 2 a.m. to a residence near Bathurst Street and Regent Street, where the fire was contained to the driveway.
Police said the blaze damaged two vehicles but did not spread to the home. All residents evacuated safely, and no injuries were reported.
Investigators are treating the incident as suspicious and are canvassing the area for surveillance footage and other evidence.
