A fatal single-vehicle crash in Lakeshore early Saturday claimed the life of one driver.
Emergency crews responded shortly before 4 a.m. to West Belle River Road near County Road 42, where the driver was found with life-threatening injuries and pronounced dead at the scene.
West Belle River Road remained closed between County Road 42 and Parklane Drive as investigators examined the scene. Ontario Provincial Police are asking anyone who saw the vehicle before the collision or has dashcam or surveillance footage to come forward.
