Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred Saturday in North Kawartha.
Emergency crews responded to the collision near Fire Route 19 Road just before 5:00 p.m., where a 54-year-old Oshawa resident was pronounced dead at the scene.
A section of Northeys Bay Road was closed in both directions for several hours while investigators examined the area before reopening later in the day.
Police continue to investigate the crash and are asking anyone with information or dash camera footage to come forward.
