Four people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 400 in Barrie during Monday’s evening rush hour.
Simcoe County paramedics say the crash occurred around 5:15 p.m. in the northbound lanes at Duckworth Street and involved a tow truck and two passenger vehicles. All four people who were injured were taken for medical treatment with non-life-threatening injuries.
Ontario Provincial Police said the highway was partially closed following the collision, with only one northbound lane open to traffic as of 7:30 p.m.
