A 15-year-old cyclist was taken to hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Ottawa’s Barrhaven neighbourhood on Monday afternoon.
Paramedics responded to the collision near the intersection of Strandherd Drive and Greenbank Road at around 4:52 p.m. The teen sustained an upper-extremity injury and was transported to hospital for treatment.
Ottawa police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
