A 44-year-old man was killed following a two-vehicle collision in Tilbury on Tuesday evening.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, the crash occurred around 6 p.m. at the intersection of Jeanettes Creek Road and Coutts Line when a westbound pickup truck collided with a southbound dump truck.
The pickup truck driver was pronounced dead at the scene, while the dump truck driver sustained minor injuries. The intersection was closed for several hours before reopening, and police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
