A man suffered serious injuries and a woman sustained minor injuries following a head-on collision in Brampton early Friday morning.
The two-vehicle crash occurred around 3:43 a.m. near McLaughlin Road and Queen Street. Peel paramedics transported both drivers to hospital for treatment.
The man remained hospitalized with serious injuries, while the woman was treated for minor injuries and later released.
The cause of the collision has not been determined. McLaughlin Road was closed in both directions for several hours as emergency crews responded and investigated the crash.
