A motorcycle rider was seriously injured following a collision involving another vehicle in Toronto’s east end Sunday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the area of Gerrard Street East and Jones Avenue shortly after 10 a.m. after Toronto police received reports of a crash.
Paramedics transported one person to hospital with serious injuries that were not considered life-threatening. Both parties involved remained at the scene as officers began investigating.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear.
