A motorcyclist has died more than a week after suffering life-threatening injuries in a crash in Thorold.
The single-vehicle collision happened Aug. 8 on River Street. Niagara police said the rider was travelling south on a black Harley-Davidson when he failed to navigate a bend and crashed.
The motorcyclist was taken to an out-of-region hospital with serious injuries. No one else was hurt. Police confirmed Tuesday that the rider died from his injuries on August 16.
