Highway 17 west of Sudbury was closed in both directions for several hours Monday following a single-vehicle collision.
Officers were called to the crash at approximately 2:20 p.m. The driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
The roadway remained closed while police investigated the scene and crews removed the vehicle. It was later reopened.
