Highway 400 has reopened north of Barrie following a Wednesday morning collision involving a transport truck and a passenger vehicle.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to the crash in the northbound lanes in Oro-Medonte shortly after 7 a.m.
The incident initially blocked one lane, but the closure was expanded as crews dealt with the scene. Northbound Highway 400 was fully shut between Highway 93 and Line 6.
Police announced shortly before 2 p.m. that the affected section of the highway had reopened to traffic.
