A 16-year-old Windsor youth has been charged following a collision involving an electric scooter in LaSalle.
The crash happened around 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Highway 3 and Todd Lane.
Police say the teen was charged with failing to obey a red light, proceeding before the light turned green, and failing to wear a helmet or wearing one improperly.
