Emergency crews spent several hours at the scene of a fire at an auto salvage yard in Innisfil early Tuesday morning.
Innisfil Fire and Rescue Services received the call shortly after midnight, with South Simcoe Police reporting a heavy emergency response at the site.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
The incident prompted the closure of County Road 27 between Lines 6 and 7 in west Innisfil at approximately 12:30 a.m. The road remained closed for much of the day and reopened shortly after 2 p.m.
