A pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle in Toronto’s west end Saturday morning.
Toronto police say the man was hit in the area of Queen Street West and Shaw Street, near Trinity Bellwoods Park, at around 11 a.m.
He was taken to hospital with serious injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
Police say the driver did not remain at the scene following the collision, and investigators have not released details about the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
