A 62-year-old man was killed early Tuesday after the vehicle he was driving left the road and struck a tree in Whitewater Region, Ont.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to the crash on Lacroix Bay Road in the La Passe area at about 12:30 a.m.
The man was the sole occupant of the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have not released his name.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
