A fiery collision brought traffic to a standstill on westbound Gardiner Expressway Monday afternoon.
Toronto police said two vehicles were involved in a collision near Park Lawn Road shortly after 3 p.m.
One of the vehicles caught fire after the crash, prompting emergency crews to shut down the westbound lanes while firefighters responded. Toronto Fire Services confirmed the blaze was extinguished.
No injuries were reported.
The westbound lanes remained closed for nearly two hours before reopening later Monday afternoon.
