A fatal collision in Severn Township claimed the life of a 29-year-old man early Sunday, according to Ontario Provincial Police.
Emergency crews were called to the area of Town Line and Upper Big Chute Road shortly after 1:30 a.m., where police found a vehicle involved in a single-vehicle crash.
The lone occupant, a Burlington resident, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The surrounding roads remained closed for several hours as investigators examined the circumstances of the crash. Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has information that could assist the investigation to come forward.
