One person has died and four others were injured following a multi-vehicle collision in Vaughan on Sunday evening.
Emergency crews were called to the area of Jane Street and Brandon Gate Drive, south of Teston Road, shortly before 7:45 p.m.
York Regional Paramedic Services said five people were assessed at the scene. Two were taken to a local hospital, while two others were transported to a trauma centre. The fifth person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
