An 83-year-old woman was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle in Kanata Sunday evening.
Ottawa police responded to Hazeldean Road near Tillage Street at approximately 5:18 p.m. following reports of a pedestrian being hit.
The woman was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police are appealing to witnesses and anyone who may have relevant surveillance or dashcam footage to come forward as the investigation continues.
