A woman was pulled to safety by police after a fire broke out at a mobile home in Mississauga early Saturday morning.

Emergency crews were called to the area of Dundas Street and Wharton Way around 3:41 a.m. on Sept. 27 following reports of a fire. Officers arrived and removed a woman from the area as a precaution. No physical injuries were reported.

Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services crews arrived shortly afterward and quickly brought the blaze under control.

Police have not released further details about the circumstances surrounding the fire, which remains under investigation.
