Brantford police are searching for a driver who allegedly struck a pedestrian using a mobility assistance wheelchair before leaving the scene Monday afternoon.
The collision happened around 1 p.m. at the intersection of Stanley Street and Chatham Street.
Police said the pedestrian’s injuries have not yet been determined. The vehicle was last seen travelling southbound on Stanley Street.
Investigators are looking for a dark-coloured sedan that may have damage or scratches on the front-left driver’s side fender.
