South Simcoe Police are asking for witnesses to come forward following a serious collision involving an e-bike and a pickup truck in Bradford West Gwillimbury.
The crash happened shortly before 3 p.m. Sunday near Church Street and Frederick Street.
Police say their initial investigation indicates the e-bike rider entered the path of the pickup shortly before the two collided. The rider suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
The pickup truck driver was not injured and stayed at the scene, where police say they cooperated with investigators.
The investigation is ongoing, and police have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding the crash.
