A 33-year-old Greater Sudbury man is facing 13 charges following a collision involving a dirt bike and a pickup truck on Highway 17 in Markstay-Warren on Oct. 22.
According to Ontario Provincial Police, the dirt bike operator allegedly left the scene after the crash and was later located at his residence. He was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The charges include driving while prohibited, failing to remain at the scene, driving while under suspension and failing to report an accident.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury on Dec. 23.
