One person has died and two others were seriously injured following a head-on collision on Highway 28 near Denbigh on Wednesday afternoon.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to the crash around 4 p.m. between Addington Roads 7 and 8. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, while two others were transported to hospital with serious injuries.
The roadway was closed for several hours as emergency crews responded and the collision was investigated. It reopened overnight.
