A multi-vehicle crash involving a transport truck and two other vehicles caused major delays on Highway 400 southbound Friday evening.
The collision happened shortly after 7 p.m. near the Anne Street bridge. Ontario Provincial Police responded to the scene, while traffic was reported backed up as far as the Bayfield Street bridge.
Simcoe County paramedics also attended the crash. Officials said one person was being taken to a local hospital.
Police have not released further details about the circumstances of the collision.
