A 12-year-old cyclist suffered minor injuries after a collision with a vehicle on Clinton Street in Windsor Monday evening.
According to police, the boy entered the roadway from an alley in the 400 block of Clinton Street at a high speed and was struck by an approaching vehicle shortly after 6 p.m. He was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The driver remained at the scene and no charges have been filed. Clinton Street was closed between Bruce Street and Church Street for several hours as officers conducted their investigation.
