A woman in her 50s was seriously injured Tuesday night after being struck by an e-bike in downtown Toronto.
Toronto police responded to the area of Trinity Street and Eastern Avenue at approximately 9:21 p.m. following reports of a collision.
Emergency crews found the woman suffering from serious injuries. She was transported to hospital for treatment.
The e-bike rider, a man also in his 50s, was injured in the incident but his injuries were not considered life-threatening.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision.
