Two people have been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 400 in Vaughan early Sunday morning.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to the crash in the southbound lanes between Teston Road and Rutherford Road at approximately 1:46 a.m.
The highway was fully closed in the area as emergency crews responded and assessed those involved. Two people were transported to hospital with serious injuries.
All southbound lanes reopened around 4:25 a.m. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
