Windsor police are seeking witnesses to a fatal fiery crash on the city’s quiet east side to come forward.
According to investigators, a 23-year-old driver died Friday night when his vehicle struck multiple concrete pillars at the end of Pillette Road near the railway tracks. The impact occurred around 8 p.m., and the car is believed to have burst into flames immediately after the collision.
Emergency crews found the man deceased at the scene.
