A 28-year-old motorcyclist is in hospital with life-threatening injuries following a serious crash in Windsor on Sunday night.
Police responded around 9:30 p.m. to a collision at the intersection of Dougall Avenue and the westbound on-ramp to the E.C. Row Expressway. According to initial findings, the southbound motorcycle collided with an SUV that was turning onto the expressway ramp.
The SUV driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
The intersection was closed for several hours while the Windsor Police Collision Reconstruction Unit investigated. It has since reopened.
